Custom photo magnet orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Because each order is personalized and made just for you, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Express shipping options may be available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at hi@goodsnapsco.com as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Damaged Orders
